One woman lives by the sea and goes there after storms to see what the sea wants to bring to the earth and show us, humans, this time.
The gift was really extraordinary and unique. An interesting piece of Sea Oak... It turns out to be not just a piece of wood, but a part of a ship from the 16th century.
The story goes, that in the past all tired ships were buried at sea. Where they spent most of their lives, but they were born here, on the land, as well as Amber, and now they come back here after such a long journey in the depths of the ocean.
Oak, the king of trees appeared in the sea and was soaked for many years, traveled long distances on water, and then was washed up on the sandy shores of the Baltic Sea, where It was dried by the sun.
This lovely woman has found it and crafted this tree into a beautiful decoration with Baltic Amber.
An Oak is very important in our old Baltic Pagan culture. It is a symbol of strength, morale, resistance, longevity, and knowledge. Throughout history, the Oak has been represented in different mythologies and sometimes linked to powerful gods. The oak is considered a cosmic storehouse of wisdom embodied within its towering strength.

Amber is a fossilized resin from ancient trees of ancient forests and prehistoric times.
Most Amber is 30 to 90 million years old. The oldest known Amber dates back 300 million years old!!!
So a very old stone, surrounded by many legends and magic.
If it were a man, he would be depicted with a grey long beard and a golden stick. Wise sage, full of stored wisdom of the whole Earth and its creation - can tell us many many stories.
Baltic Amber contains high levels of a substance called succinic acid (around 3-8%).
